This research has been planned as comparison of web based in Telepathology and PACS. Telepathology have reached enormous development and effectiveness and gaining acceptance as a mode of providing pathology services to remote sites. Telepathology can be an economic mode of providing pathology services to a remote site. The use of telepathology is of great importance in man-agement of patients since it allows fast diagnosis and inter-consultations among specialist pathologist located in every
part of the world. Image of comparison, PACS displayed of gray scale image, but Telepathology screened of color image and in modality interface, Telepathology worked of TCP/IP, PACS used of DICOM. In image acquisition, Telepathology acquisitioned
telescope, CCD Camera, and Digital Camera, and PACS worked CR, DR, Film Digitize. Further analyses of the integration ef-fectiveness and economics in the PACS and Telepathology. In conclusiton of must be integrated, the telepthology PACS and Hospital
